Last night we had our team meeting in Christchurch. Was great to catch up with everyone. We shared highlights from the recent convention and talked about the new catalogue and shared tips and techniques.
This is the card that I made for my swap. Using new colours and stamp set from the new catalogue which goes live on 3rd June.

make a wish male card

Yes another male card. This one I cased off Debbie Henderson but have changed the colours slightly and the sentiments. another card using the designer paper from the Adventure Bound paper stack. Only a week to go to get this soon to be gone designer paper.

Sneak peak

Here is a sneak peak at some new designer paper coming out in the new catalogue. I cased this layout design from a layout showcased at Convention. The colours went well with the dress that my daughter is wearing.( Which was my dress 20 years ago!).

Another male card

Isn't this dsp so cool. Here is another card that I have made using the Adventure bound dsp stack. I actually cased this card from Nancy Juliano but she must have used a different bird as mine stamped this way and hers was going the other way.My bird is from Wetlands stamp set and the birthday greetings are from Sassy Salutations.

Happy Umpteenth birthday

I've been busy making male cards using this paper stack Adventure Abound from the current mini catalogue. This paper stack will no longer be on sale from the 1st June. You don't need to add much to the dsp to get a nice easy male card.
This card I have added the Jute ribbon and a greeting from "Oh my Goodies"

Dad birthday card

Here is a male card that I cased off Jacqui McLeay with a few changes. You can see her card here.

Its your birthday

This card I made when I was working out what cards to use in my card class this week with a male theme.It didn't make the cut but it was fun to make.
 I stamped the image in versamark then embossed it in black embossing powder.
 I have spritzed the watercolour paper with water then added small drops of ink in bermuda bay and baking brown sugar. Dried it off with heat gun.
I pierced holes round the sides of the card  and added some black rhinestones to finish it off.

Balloon bash card

I saw a card made by Sara Levin seen here. I liked the way she used the retiring colours and the stamp set, so I changed the colours and came up with this male card.

Convention swap

I have just realised I haven't shown you the swaps I made for Convention. I made 50 of the same card. Well some out  a slightly different colour combination but all the same design.

I liked a card on Amy Koenders blog that used the stones from the Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper stack. So I fairly well cased it with different sentiments and embellishment.

Happy Mothers day

I cased this card from Mercedes Weber seen here.
The colours are not favourite colours of mine but they work well in this card. i have changed the words around to fit for Mothers Day.
