Todays card uses the stamp set You've got this and the colour Pacific Point.Not a colour a use much of but I think it goes well with the Tip Top Taupe in this card. And the Brickwall embossing folder teams up well with this stamp.

Baby wipe technique

At a earlier team meeting Gail Ruddle ,one of our team, made this card using the Baby Wipe technique.Very effective.I made the card using the technique.

Monochromatic card

This card is made from new stampinUp products in the annual catalogue except for the sentiment (retired hostess stamp.  I cased the card from Kimberley Dawn Lewis and have changed the embossing folder used and the sentiments. The dsp used is the new in colour envelope dsp. I have made this same card design in the other new in colours and have made them all as a sympathy cards. Look great

Haven't had much time to blog lately. We were away for the school holidays to Alice Springs and Darwin. Enjoying a summer holiday which we don't normally have here because of it being our harvest time on the farm.Then last week it was busy busy with a couple of classes plus a team meeting and catching up on all the washing and activities.So hopefully I can get back crafting this week. Then sometime there will be all the photos to sort through and hopefully with the help of Project life I'll get them into albums soon.

Lastnight we had team meeting in Christchurch. Always good to catch up and share ideas. Helen Williams shared what you could do with the Gift box punch board. Check out my StampinUp demonstrator facebook page for the samples.
We also did a make n take created by Maria Henderson. What to do with the left over cut out piece from words.We have cut out the Hello from Hello thinlits and then re glued the pieces from the l and the o and the e and stuck it onto Melon Mambo cardstock. The Maroon Mint has been embossed with the Lovely lace folder.Simple but effective with no stamping involved.
