On Sunday afternoon we had a Christmas afternoon tea with Santa and a group of ladies who all do scrapbooking together. We have started a tradition of having Christmas party at the end of the year and with all of us being very crafty we have to make a gift for another recipient. Names are drawn out of a hat.This is the gift that I made. Its a photo cube. I saw this made on UStamp with Dawn in the Big Shot Brilliance round designed by Kirsten Brown.
It involves a 6 pieces of 6x6 dsp folded in a fancy way which achieves the diamond shape on the cube for your photos.
Then with a little decoration its finished.
To give out the gifts Santa came. We could sit on his knee and he asked us all what we would like for Christmas and what we were doing for the day. Lots of laughs. Lovely afternoon with lots of yummy food and a you could have a wee boat ride as well as the house was a t a lake that had many canals with houses backing onto it.
