using Tag a Bag accessories on your card

I saw a card like this on Clare Daly's blog so have cased it changing a few elements. you can see her card here.
This card uses some of the dsp from the new paper pack Quatrefancy and a tag from the Tag a Bag Accessory kit.

I am running a childrens craft day tomorrow, so will be spending most of the day prepping for that. The class filled up really fast this year, so hope it goes well.
