Mini treat gift card holder

I made this mini treat gift holder after seeing one that Carolyn Busby from our team had made. I have used dsp from the Pretty Petals paper stack. The flower is made with several layers of scalloped circle punch outs. They were spritzed with water and scrunched up to dry then a brad put in the centre. The flowers were gently shaped around the brad.
