Balloon Celebration

Here is a card that I have used the Balloon Celebration stamp set. I got the idea for this card from Belinda Hennessey but she had used a differnt border around her card and different colours.

Paper:White cardstock, Elegant Eggplant
Ink:Wisteria Wonder, Elegant Eggplant,hello Honey, Black
