Pinwheel card

In the last round of Ustamp with Dawn Lisa Foster made a lovely pinwheel collection of cards and accessories.
This is one of the items that she made though I have added my own touch to it with ribbon and different combination of designer paper.
The pinwheel sizzlit is available in the current seasonal mini catalogue but they are easy to make without the sizzlit.

I lightly daubered inside the clouds with the white craft ink to make the clouds stand out more.
