Flower shop birthday card

I made this card trying to use up some of the paper I have left from the Fresh Prints paper stack.I got the idea for this card from Lynn Weiss seen here
The tulip embossing folder is retiring so thought I would use it with the lovely Core'dinations cardstock which can be sanded and makes the tulips look lighter in colour.
