This is the first time that I have had a chance to play with the stamp set and framelits. Jar of Love. Lots of stamps in the set to make various size jars and flowers and words to go with them.
A friend has a birthday coming up so have made this card for her.I have cased this card from Karen Taylor seen here with a few changes in colour.
Had a lovely day running a childrens craft day here in Methven on Wednesday. great bunch of kids. One brave boy amongst the girls. These are the projects we made. Picture frame from cardboard from dsp packs using retired dsp.A pop-up birthday card, a foxy friends picture , a waterfall album and a shaker card. Then at the end I let the children have a play with the Outdoor Adventure stamp set and framelits.
All seemed to enjoy themselves.
A couple of weeks ago at our Craft Extravaganza in Christchurch MandaHill taught the ladies this delightful card with the fancy fold. I have made the same card in different colours. I loved the way this card is set out. To make the icing on the cake pop I coloured it in with Clear Wick of Stella .
Here is Manda's card.
This is a card that we made in a class this week. The bear is so cute. She is made with Sweet Sugarplum colours.
I found that in this card that if you went from the dark to light colours on the bear then the image tended to match up easier. Just a thought.
