Vintage Vogue is going....

Here is another stamp set that is retiring , Vintage Vogue and again it is another stamp set that I have not used much of.
I've seen this basket weave layout for a card a few times and thought I'd have a go at making a card using it.So I chose this stamp set and used one of the stamps to make the background.
The colour combo is straight from the colour coach, one of my favourite combos, lucky limeade, Elegant eggplant and Riding Hood red.
I think I'd like to try this technique with some of the new colours later in the year.
