This is a swap that I received from Carolyn Swift at our last team meeting. I taught it at a class last week. I have added my bit to it by embossing the tag with the stars embossing folder.I liked this card with the use of the scallop tag punch and the fact that it is done in navy and not the traditional red and green colours.
